2. Rest
one day every week. It may be Sunday, Saturday or some other day. Give gratitude
& love while praying, meditating. Call it your day of rest, Sabbath, etc. If you
miss it, somehow make it up ! An occasional outing to meet and help strangers is

3. Theta meditation is also the time to discipline/program on healing your self to eliminate addictions and moderating food, drugs, alcohol, smoking, dropping bad habits, etc. Many prefer to heal self and others from Theta !
4. Ground and center yourself to the Planet Earth 24/7. The Full course with Green Ray accomplishes this. You don't have to be a healer to require grounding. Just having thoughts about others and or wishing that the wellness of others improve can cause you to temporarily inherit any of their discomfort or pain. Also, suddenly from the unknown you may feel depressed. Later you might read that hundreds died half way around the World, which affected you. Many of us are unknowingly born with different levels of Empathic ability and grounding and centering should be taught to all at an early age for our emotional and physical health and stability !
5. Your Diet and health are affected by your Blood Type. <<< Click Here >>> Many Urologists recommend that one should start by reducing greatly the "avoids" in this list. This was first proven in the 1930's by European Scientists.
6. Properly orient your bed, nap couch, nap chair/sofa. Proper sleep, healing and equilibrium occur with our feet south and your head north in the Northern hemisphere (southern hemisphere= head south). A little compass diversion is ok, such as up to + - 22.5 degrees. Lay on a bed, no pillow, head north, eyes closed and notice that your head should feel higher than your feet. Next reverse your body and notice your head feels lower than your feet. After even a 45 minute nap you will feel more balanced !
7. Many Glasses of Well, Spring Water Daily. Room Temperature, no Chlorine or Fluoride, please. Unless you heal/modify it with the composite bright white light Ray.
8. A daily multi-vitamin, multi-mineral healed/modified. The minerals are important ! I use "Dual Tabs" by Twin Labs or an inexpensive brand healed.
9. If overweight, for more complete digestion with processed foods and to breakdown our modern complex fats, carbohydrates and proteins take a digestive enzyme tablet with each meal. Schiff Super Enzymall One of many sellers <<<here>>>. Also a good herbal regimen.
10. Rarely eat or drink any thing excessively large cooler than room (ambient) temperature. In a hurry? Warm your refrigerated drink, etc. by setting it out for several minutes before drinking.
11. Yoga at least 1 to 3 days per week <<< Click Here >>> Supplemented with low impact walking, etc.
12. Sitting Exercises; Do the "Alternate Nostril, Abdominal Breathing" exercise at the beginning of every Yoga session or by it self in the morning. I often do this one hand version while driving the car in no traffic areas.
13. Do eye exercises daily gently stretching then healing your eye's muscles. A large font condensed MS .doc version <<<here>>>. Many can discard their glasses after several months of discipline.

15. Ear wax removal. There are many fast, dangerous solutions around. Here is a slow and gentle method. Locate a bottle that dispenses drops and clean it well. Prepare an approximate 50/50 solution of distilled white vinegar and 70-90 % of isopropyl Alcohol. Maintain a clean environment when mixing ! Heal/Modify the solution once after shaking. Never squirt the solution into your ear, only drip it in with gravity. To start, I lay on my bed one ear up, one down. I gently drip the solution into my ear and then heal the area with your hand nearby. The moment you sense burning or at 20 seconds turn your head in the opposite direction catching the solution dripping out with a paper towel. Now you may repeat this with the other ear. Our atmosphere and waters, soaps, swimming pools/ponds, baths and diets are often polluted. When taking a bath I first wash my head using a plastic cup to pour water around my head instead of soaking my ears in the water! The moment I feel sustained itching in either ear especially after bathing or perspiring I head for the bottle. I keep one in the car and one in the home.
16. Learn to say "Thank you" and "Hi" to Strangers and friends, even when sleepy and grumpy. This will make them and you feel better ! Sleepy is OK but, Grumpy is out ! 17. Both Women and Men carry their Wisdom in their upper and lower jawbone. Both women and men have wisdom. Even If teeth were removed they may restore balanced wisdom with Spiritual healing. Self treatment usually requires only about 1 to 3 weeks.
18. My favorite sweetener is Agave, a liquid that may be purchased in a light or dark liquid form. I prefer it's taste to cane sugar, honey and most other sweeteners. Use in-on cooking, oatmeal, lemonade, tea, pancakes, etc. It may also be left for months on the dinner table and does not harden or crystalize. Rather expensive and is sold at many health food stores.
19. When we age (usually over the age of 33) our normal Coenzyme self production drops and we should strongly consider supplementing it daily with Co-Q-10. It assists the normal dialysis process keep molecular particles in our blood supply small. My parents who are 96 and 101 years young, take the maximum which is 200 mg twice a day. It is inexpensive at Wal-Mart.
20. EMF (Electro Magnetic Field) Radiation UHF, SHF+ (300 MHz+) also known as RF Radiation causes much damage with small levels over long time periods. For example; I don't use cell phones without an external antenna far away from my body (such as a magnetic car roof antenna). Sadly it is becoming more difficult to purchase newer model cell phones with out an external antenna connector onboard! I believe many safety guidelines are far too understated. 21. EMF (Electro Magnetic Field) Radiation at low frequencies such as 60 Hertz used for our electric power distribution (home, business) can also be dangerous. For house wiring I only use twisted bundle cables for high current long sustained load distribution. For example; I don't want wiring for an electric heater or electric kitchen range passing near any area long time frequented by breathing beings unless the cables are twisted (induction cancelling) not parallel conductors.
22. Indigos Adults and Children. Very independent and won't accept direction unless they hear a good logical explanation, etc. Someone you know will be one of these people. They or their parents can be greatly helped by just reading this. I wish this help was around when I was a young Indigos ! All youngsters of all ages are talented and one of the goals of educators and light workers should be to help people discover, balance and develop these talents to their highest potential. In North America sadly we think everything is mechanical in life and don't understand how to address and treat the actual causes of problems.
